• Discord - refers to Discord as a messaging platform (our service is not affiliated with, maintained sponsored or endoresed by Discord).
• Discord account - refers to the individual's account that is created by Discord.
• Riot Games - refers to Riot Games as a company (our service is not affiliated with, maintained sponsored or endoresed by Riot Games).
• Riot Games account - refers to the individual's account that is created by Riot Games.
• ID - is a unique identifier.
• Valorant - refers to Valorant as a game developed by Riot Games as of the time that the Terms and Conditions page is written.
• Valorant match - refers to a game/match of Valorant that has been played.
• Account - means the unique account that is created for you when our service stores your Discord account ID with your Riot Games account ID together.
• Website - refers to the website for ValoTracker, accessible from https://www.valotracker.com/.
• You - refers to the individual that is using our service when an account is registered by storing the Riot Games account ID and Discord account ID together.

Acknowledgement

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of our service and the agreement that operates between you and our service. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of our service.

Your access to and use of our service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our service.

By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not access our service.

You represent that you are not under the age of 13. Our service does not permit those under 13 to use any part of our service.

Your access to and use of our service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of our service. Upon termination, your right to use the service and will cease immediately.

Liability and Warranty

Our service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". A majority part of our service relies on third party resources such as APIs, visual content and services from third parties such as Riot Games and Discord. We are not accountable for any issues, changes, downtimes, quality changes that we find are caused by the third party services that our service relies on.

In the case of these changes in our third party resources, we will TRY TO ATTEMPT TO prioritise maintaining the same level of quality and uptime of our service. This means that we cannot guarantee that our service will continue to remain at the same quality or be available when any of our third party services are unable to provide the required resources to do so.

Rules of Conduct

We require that you follow these commitments when using our product:

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Accounts must not be given to other users if they do not have ownership of both the Discord account and Riot Games account (if applicable) that is associated with the account from our service.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
• No purposeful actions or attempts from you that are intended to degrade the performance of or disable our service, which includes but not limited to: repetitive/spamming our features in our service and attacks such as DDOS to our website.
• Any attempts to abuse or exploit the Riot Game's API through our service are not allowed. Abusing the Riot Game's API includes compromising the integrity of Valorant or create unfair advantages for you or other players.
• If we deem that you are using our service for purposes that we deem to be malicious.

Our service ay contain links to other websites that are not operated or affiliated by us. If you are redirected to a third party link from our website, we have no control over and no responsibility over the content, privacy policies, agreements or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to The Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions is subject to be changed from time to time. We will make efforts to notify you for any changes to the Terms and Conditions page 30 days prior to the change(s).

We will let you know via the Discord platform and/or a prominent notice on our service, prior to the change(s) becoming effective and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms and Conditions page.
